Medeni ilim kavram\u0131, sadece siyaset bilimiyle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olmay\u0131p bir toplumun pratik ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 nazar\u00ee ve amel\u00ee y\u00f6nleriyle inceleyen bir disiplin olarak tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
