SEM\u0130NER \u00d6ZET\u0130<\/b><\/p>\n<p>   Bu seminerde, \u0130slam d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinin tarihi ve temel tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 \u00fczerinde durulmu\u015ftur. Hicaz sonras\u0131 d\u00f6nemde (Post-Hicaz) \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n Do\u011fu Akdeniz\u2019deki yay\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te ya\u015fanan de\u011fi\u015fim ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmler vurgulanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu ba\u011flamda \u0130bn Haldun\u2019un &#8220;bedavet&#8221; ve &#8220;umran&#8221; kavramlar\u0131 \u00fczerinden \u0130slam toplumlar\u0131n\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcrel, siyasi ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel evrimi ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>   Seminerde, \u0130slam&#8217;\u0131n merkezi bir y\u00f6netim yap\u0131s\u0131na ge\u00e7i\u015fi, Emeviler ve Abbasiler d\u00f6neminde bu merkezile\u015fmenin toplumsal, siyasi ve bilimsel etkileri incelenmi\u015ftir. \u00d6zellikle dilin derlenmesi, Arap\u00e7a\u2019n\u0131n bir bilim dili haline gelmesi ve hadislerin sistematik olarak toplanmas\u0131 s\u00fcrecine dikkat \u00e7ekilmi\u015ftir. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te bilimsel faaliyetler, dil ve metodolojinin geli\u015fimiyle \u015fekillenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>   Seminerin \u00f6nemli konular\u0131ndan biri de kader ve insan iradesi tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131d\u0131r. Hasan el-Basri\u2019nin risalelerinde, insan \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve sorumlulu\u011fu gibi meseleler ayetler aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkiler ve metin yorumlar\u0131 \u00fczerinden ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu tart\u0131\u015fmalar, ileride Mu&#8217;tezile gibi kelam ekollerinin do\u011fu\u015funa ve \u0130slam d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinde rasyonel ak\u0131l y\u00fcr\u00fctmenin geli\u015fimine zemin haz\u0131rlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>   Hariciler gibi erken d\u00f6nem ak\u0131mlarla ba\u015flayan, &#8220;b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnah i\u015fleyen ki\u015finin iman durumu&#8221; gibi meseleler etraf\u0131nda \u015fekillenen tart\u0131\u015fmalar, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumlarda teolojik ayr\u0131\u015fmalara yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, Ehl-i Hadis ve Ehl-i Rey gibi farkl\u0131 geleneklerin ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zland\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle hadislerin derlenmesi ve sistematik hale getirilmesi, \u0130slam d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinin temel ta\u015flar\u0131ndan biri olarak de\u011ferlendirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>   Sonu\u00e7 olarak, \u0130slam d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi, dilin, siyasetin ve teolojinin bir arada \u015fekillendi\u011fi dinamik bir yap\u0131 olarak tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu seminer, \u0130slam d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n entelekt\u00fcel ve toplumsal geli\u015fiminin temel unsurlar\u0131n\u0131 anlamay\u0131 hedeflemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>   This seminar focused on the history and key debates of Islamic thought. The post-Hijaz period, marked by Islam&#8217;s expansion into the Eastern Mediterranean, and the transformations that occurred during this time were emphasized. Ibn Khaldun\u2019s concepts of &#8220;bedouinism&#8221; (bed\u0101wah) and &#8220;urbanism&#8221; (\u02bfumr\u0101n) were used to analyze the cultural, political, and intellectual evolution of Islamic societies.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>   The transition of Islam to a centralized administrative structure during the Umayyad and Abbasid periods and the effects of this centralization on societal, political, and scientific developments were discussed. Particular attention was given to the compilation of the Arabic language as a scientific medium and the systematic collection of hadiths. These processes played a critical role in shaping scientific endeavors and developing language and methodology.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>   One of the seminar&#8217;s significant topics was the discussion on predestination (qadar) and human free will. Hasan al-Basri\u2019s treatises addressed issues such as human freedom and responsibility through intertextual analysis of Quranic verses. These discussions laid the groundwork for the emergence of theological schools like the Mu&#8217;tazila, which emphasized rational reasoning in Islamic thought.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>   Early movements like the Kharijites initiated debates about major sins and the status of a believer, sparking theological divisions within the Muslim community. These debates accelerated the development of traditions such as Ahl al-Hadith and Ahl al-Ra&#8217;y. The systematic compilation of hadiths became a cornerstone of Islamic thought.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>   In conclusion, Islamic thought emerged as a dynamic framework where language, politics, and theology were intricately intertwined.
