SEM\u0130NER \u00d6ZET\u0130<\/b><\/p>\n<p>    Bu dersin temel amac\u0131, \u0130slam d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinin tarihsel geli\u015fim s\u00fcrecini ve temel kavramlar\u0131n\u0131 anlamakt\u0131r. \u0130lk b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerde, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumun Hicaz&#8217;dan ba\u015flayarak Akdeniz ve \u0130ran civar\u0131na yay\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile bu s\u00fcrecin beraberinde getirdi\u011fi kavramsal ve toplumsal de\u011fi\u015fimler ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130bn Haldun\u2019un bedavet ve \u015fehirlilik ba\u011flam\u0131ndaki kavramla\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 \u00fczerinden, toplumda kurumsalla\u015fman\u0131n ve merkezile\u015fmenin bilim, dil ve zenginlik \u00fczerindeki etkileri tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>   Dil bilimlerinin geli\u015fimi, Arap\u00e7an\u0131n bir l\u00fcgat haline gelmesi ve bunun bilimin altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmadaki rol\u00fc vurgulanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hadislerin sistematik bir \u015fekilde derlenmesi ve yorumlanmas\u0131n\u0131n, Arap olmayan \u00e2limlerin katk\u0131lar\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi belirtilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>   F\u0131k\u0131h ve ak\u0131l tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ba\u011flam\u0131nda, irade ve k\u0131yas gibi kavramlar\u0131n \u00f6nemi \u00fczerinde durulmu\u015f, Hasan el-Basri ve Muhasibi gibi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrlerin eserlerinden \u00f6rnekler verilmi\u015ftir. Ak\u0131l ve kalp tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve felsefi sistemlerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan meseleler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirilmi\u015ftir. Tasavvuf, bireysel tecr\u00fcbe ve dilin epistemolojik boyutlar\u0131, \u00f6\u011frenme ve ahlak ili\u015fkisi ba\u011flam\u0131nda ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>   Son olarak, ak\u0131l-edilgen eylemlerden ziyade aktif bir yorumlama arac\u0131 olarak tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f, kar-zarar ili\u015fkisi ve ahirete dair iman perspektifinden bak\u0131\u015f\u0131n insan davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 nas\u0131l \u015fekillendirdi\u011fi incelenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>   The primary aim of this lecture is to understand the historical development and core concepts of Islamic thought. The initial sections discuss the expansion of Muslim society from Hijaz to the Mediterranean and Iranian regions, along with the conceptual and societal transformations that accompanied this process. Using Ibn Khaldun&#8217;s framework of nomadism and urbanization, the impact of institutionalization and centralization on science, language, and wealth is examined.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>   The development of linguistics, the transformation of Arabic into a structured lexicon, and its role in forming the foundation of science are emphasized. The systematic compilation and interpretation of hadiths are highlighted as achievements, significantly contributed to by non-Arab scholars.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>   Within the context of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) and debates on reason, concepts like will (irada) and analogy (qiyas) are discussed, with examples from thinkers such as Hasan al-Basri and Al-Muhasibi. Discussions on reason and the heart are analyzed in light of the challenges Islam faced when interacting with diverse cultural and philosophical systems. Mysticism (tasawwuf), individual experience, and the epistemological dimensions of language are explored within the context of learning and the relationship with ethics.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>   Finally, reason is defined not as a passive element but as an active interpretative tool.
