The session seeks to uncover the depth of Heraclitus\u2019 doctrine of time and the continuity of <em>Logos<\/em> within becoming.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Themes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Aion \u2013 The Child of Time<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Heraclitus\u2019 image of <em>Aion<\/em> as a playing child reveals the nature of time as the pure openness of the present. <em>Aion<\/em> represents an unpossessive, maskless relation to existence \u2014 an eternal now unburdened by past or future. The child\u2019s play is not symbolic but ontological: life itself at play.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Anxiety, Mask, and Selfhood<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The child\u2019s innocence is freedom from possession. The adult\u2019s <em>persona<\/em> divides the self and generates anxiety; play restores unity through action. Thus, the child embodies being\u2019s unfragmented totality.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Polemos \u2013 Struggle and Logos<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>Polemos<\/em> signifies not destruction but creative differentiation. It is the principle through which being unfolds. The conflict between opposites sustains harmony \u2014 a dynamic balance at the heart of <em>Logos<\/em>.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Doctrine of Time and Continuity<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Time in Heraclitus is not mere flux but continuity within change. <em>Logos<\/em> expresses the paradox of permanence in motion: \u201cBeing is itself becoming.\u201d<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Visible and Invisible Harmony<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Visible harmony belongs to measure and form; invisible harmony belongs to the limitless potential of being.
