Historical idioms involving &#8220;face&#8221; are presented to show their cultural continuity.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong> Concepts of Justice, Kut and State in Old Turkic<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The meanings of kut, state, law and justice are explained within early Turkic political philosophy.
