SEM\u0130NER \u00d6ZET\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dersin Amac\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu seminerin amac\u0131, Kutadgu Bilig\u2019in ilgili beyitleri \u00fczerinden eserde yer alan do\u011fruluk, d\u00fczen, tedbir, devlet i\u015fleyi\u015fi, kavramlar\u0131n k\u00f6keni ve anlam alanlar\u0131 gibi unsurlar\u0131 dilbilimsel, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve siyasi bir \u00e7er\u00e7evede incelemektir. Metnin h\u00fck\u00fcmdar, halk, siyaset, d\u00fczen ve karga\u015fa ili\u015fkisine dair yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131; kelimelerin etimolojik k\u00f6kenleri ve anlam incelikleriyle birlikte ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca do\u011fru s\u00f6z, temiz d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce, hikmet, fesat ve d\u00fczen kavramlar\u0131n\u0131n metindeki kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ana Temalar<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Do\u011fruluk, Temizlik ve Hikmet Anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Metinde do\u011fruluk hem s\u00f6z hem davran\u0131\u015f alan\u0131nda bir temel ilke olarak ele al\u0131n\u0131r. The discussion highlights how notions of righteousness, wisdom, corruption and social harmony function within the text.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Themes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Notions of Truth, Purity and Wisdom<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Truthfulness is treated as a foundational principle in both speech and action. Pure thought, proper speech and correct judgment form the basis of ethical and political order. Wisdom and intellect are discussed as essential components for maintaining balance in worldly and spiritual matters.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Social Order, Good\u2013Evil Balance and the Roots of Corruption<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The origin and semantic range of concepts such as order and corruption are examined. Order is portrayed as a force that strengthens good, while corruption destroys both the individual and society. The causes of disorder and the conditions under which goodness flourishes are explored through the contrasting terms of the text.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Prudence, Foresight and the Ability to See the End of Affairs<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Prudence is described as a central requirement for governance. These linguistic notes demonstrate the deep cultural memory embedded in the vocabulary.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Duties of the Ruler and the Logic of State Governance<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The ruler\u2019s responsibility to protect the people, maintain order and restrain evil is emphasized. He must act thoughtfully, avoid haste and entrust responsibilities to competent individuals. Mutual trust between ruler and people is essential for political stability.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The eighth seminar reveals the <em>Kutadgu Bilig<\/em> as a work grounded in concepts of truth, order, prudence and moral governance.
