SEM\u0130NER \u00d6ZET\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dersin Amac\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu seminerin amac\u0131, Kutadgu Bilig\u2019in ilgili beyitlerinde yer alan do\u011fruluk, kibir, bilgi, cehalet, tevazu, \u00f6fke, kah\u0131r, adalet ve insan\u0131n i\u00e7 d\u00fcnyas\u0131na ili\u015fkin kavramlar\u0131 hem dilsel hem ahlaki hem de k\u00fclt\u00fcrel a\u00e7\u0131dan a\u00e7\u0131klamakt\u0131r. Seminerde kelime k\u00f6kenleri, anlam geni\u015flemeleri, ses\u2013anlam ili\u015fkileri, deyimler, mecazlar ve \u00e7e\u015fitli tarih\u00ee-k\u00fclt\u00fcrel referanslar \u00fczerinden metnin kavramsal d\u00fcnyas\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmektedir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda insan\u0131n davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 belirleyen duygular\u0131n (\u00f6fke, sevgi, ac\u0131ma, h\u0131rs) ve akl\u00ee erdemlerin (tevazu, bilgelik, dikkat) metindeki i\u015flevi de\u011ferlendirilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ana Temalar<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Bilgi\u2013Cehalet Kar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Akl\u0131n K\u0131ymeti<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Seminerde bilginin insan\u0131 olgunla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131, cehaletin ise \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fczl\u00fck ve zarar ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilir. Cehalette endaze (\u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc) olmay\u0131\u015f\u0131, insan\u0131 her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ta\u015fk\u0131nl\u0131\u011fa a\u00e7\u0131k hale getirir. Bilginin hem do\u011fru h\u00fck\u00fcm hem de iyi davran\u0131\u015f i\u00e7in zorunlu oldu\u011fu vurgulan\u0131r. Tevazu ise bilginin ve olgunlu\u011fun g\u00f6stergesidir. Kibirli kimsenin s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcn de\u011fersizle\u015fece\u011fi, tevazu sahibinin ise hem toplum hem ilim ortam\u0131nda makbul oldu\u011fu belirtilir. Kibrin ses, davran\u0131\u015f ve tav\u0131rdaki yans\u0131malar\u0131 \u00f6rneklerle anlat\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> \u00d6fke, Kah\u0131r ve Duygular\u0131n Y\u00f6netimi<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00d6fke ve kah\u0131r kavramlar\u0131n\u0131n hem dilsel k\u00f6kenleri hem de insani davran\u0131\u015f \u00fczerindeki etkileri a\u00e7\u0131klan\u0131r. \u00d6fkenin kontrol edilmedi\u011finde adaletsizli\u011fe neden oldu\u011fu; kah\u0131r duygusunun ise insan\u0131 fiziksel ve ruhsal olarak ezdi\u011fi belirtilir. Duygular\u0131n ak\u0131l taraf\u0131ndan denetlenmesinin gereklili\u011fi vurgulan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Adalet, Hakkaniyet ve Do\u011fru H\u00fck\u00fcm Verme<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Metinde adaletin devlet ve toplum d\u00fczenindeki yeri \u00f6nemle ele al\u0131n\u0131r. Hak, hakkaniyet ve al\u0131n yaz\u0131s\u0131 kavramlar\u0131 \u00fczerinden insanlar\u0131n davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirilir. Adaletin hem y\u00f6neticiler hem bireyler i\u00e7in temel bir erdem oldu\u011fu belirtilir. Do\u011fru h\u00fck\u00fcm vermek i\u00e7in bilginin, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcn\u00fcn ve sakinli\u011fin gereklili\u011fi anlat\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Kelime K\u00f6kenleri, Ses\u2013Anlam \u0130li\u015fkileri ve Deyimler<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Seminerin b\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, kelimelerin tarih\u00ee k\u00f6kenlerini, ses de\u011fi\u015fimlerini ve mecaz\u00ee anlamlar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamaya ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kah\u0131r, \u00f6fke, ceza, k\u00e2r, zar, hazz (haz), hayr gibi kelimeler etimolojik olarak incelenir. Deyimlerdeki ses ve anlam oyunlar\u0131, farkl\u0131 halk tabirleri ve kadim T\u00fcrk\u00e7e unsurlar \u00f6rneklerle a\u00e7\u0131klan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sonu\u00e7<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On birinci seminer, Kutadgu Bilig\u2019in insan psikolojisi, ahlak ve davran\u0131\u015f y\u00f6netimi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ne kadar derin bir eser oldu\u011funu yeniden ortaya koyar. Bilgi\u2013cehalet, kibir\u2013tevazu, \u00f6fke\u2013s\u00fck\u00fbnet ve adalet\u2013haks\u0131zl\u0131k gibi kar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131klar metnin temelini olu\u015fturur. Kelime analizleri, mecazlar ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel g\u00f6ndermeler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla metnin \u00e7ok katmanl\u0131 yap\u0131s\u0131 ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bi\u00e7imde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenir. Ders, insan\u0131n kendi nefsini y\u00f6netmesinin hem bireysel hem toplumsal d\u00fczen i\u00e7in zorunlu oldu\u011fu vurgusuyla tamamlan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose of the Seminar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this seminar is to explain the concepts of truth, arrogance, knowledge, ignorance, humility, anger, sorrow, justice and inner human states found in the relevant verses of <em>Kutadgu Bilig<\/em>. The session focuses on etymology, semantic development, metaphors, idioms and cultural references, while also analyzing how emotions and rational virtues shape human behavior.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Themes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> The Opposition of Knowledge and Ignorance<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Knowledge brings discernment and balance, while ignorance leads to excess and harm. Ignorance is portrayed as lacking any measure, making a person prone to destructive behavior. The relationship between intellect, emotion and action is emphasized.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Arrogance, Humility and Human Maturity<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Arrogance blinds a person to truth, whereas humility is a sign of wisdom and refinement. Arrogant behavior decreases the value of one\u2019s words, while humility elevates one\u2019s standing both socially and intellectually. The seminar explains how arrogance manifests in tone, posture and attitude.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Anger, Sorrow and the Management of Emotions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Anger and sorrow are examined both linguistically and psychologically. Uncontrolled anger leads to injustice; sorrow crushes the spirit. The seminar underscores the importance of controlling emotions through reason.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Justice, Equity and Sound Judgment<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Justice is presented as a key pillar of social and political order. Concepts such as right, fairness and destiny are used to reflect on the consequences of human actions. Proper judgment requires knowledge, composure and a clear sense of measure.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Etymology, Sound\u2013Meaning Relations and Idioms<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The seminar provides detailed explanations of word origins, sound shifts and metaphorical meanings. Terms such as kah\u0131r, \u00f6fke, k\u00e2r, zarar, hayr and hazz are analyzed. Idioms and folk expressions illustrate how sound and meaning interact in Turkish.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The eleventh seminar highlights the depth of <em>Kutadgu Bilig<\/em> in addressing human psychology, ethics and behavioral discipline.
