SEM\u0130NER \u00d6ZET\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Seminerin Amac\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu seminerin amac\u0131, M\u00e2verd\u00ee\u2019nin ilim, adalet, hilafet ve toplumsal d\u00fczen aras\u0131nda kurdu\u011fu ili\u015fkiyi tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 bir bi\u00e7imde a\u00e7\u0131klamak; \u00f6zellikle adaletin hem siyasi hem toplumsal hem de bireysel d\u00fczeyde neden merkez\u00ee bir ilke oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermek; adaletin yoklu\u011funda hev\u00e2n\u0131n nas\u0131l h\u00e2kim hale geldi\u011fini, d\u00fczenin nas\u0131l \u00e7\u00f6kt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve hilafetin neden adalet ilkesi etraf\u0131nda tan\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymakt\u0131r. Tahsin G\u00f6rg\u00fcn, M\u00e2verd\u00ee\u2019de adaletin yaln\u0131zca h\u00fck\u00fcm da\u011f\u0131tmak de\u011fil, \u201cd\u00fczen kurmak\u201d oldu\u011funu vurgular.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ana Temalar<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Adaletin Tan\u0131m\u0131: D\u00fczen Kurucu \u0130lke Olarak Adalet<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>M\u00e2verd\u00ee\u2019ye g\u00f6re adalet, yaln\u0131zca bir hukuki kategori de\u011fil, varl\u0131k ve toplum d\u00fczeninin kurucu ilkesidir. Adalet, her \u015feyin yerini bilmesi, yerli yerinde olmas\u0131 ve \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcnde hareket etmesidir. Adalet d\u00fczen kurar; zul\u00fcm ise d\u00fczeni bozar. Bir toplumda adalet oldu\u011funda kaos da\u011f\u0131l\u0131r, hev\u00e2 geri \u00e7ekilir, insanlar davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclebilir bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcye g\u00f6re d\u00fczenleyebilir. Bu anlam\u0131yla adalet hem siyasal hem toplumsal hem de ahlaki bir kavramd\u0131r.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Adaletin Siyasi Temeli: Hilafet ve Me\u015fruiyet<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>M\u00e2verd\u00ee hilafeti adalet ilkesine dayand\u0131r\u0131r. Hilafetin as\u0131l amac\u0131 adaleti tesis etmektir; adalet yoksa hilafet yoktur. Bu nedenle imam\u0131n g\u00f6revleri s\u0131raland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda hepsinin temelinde adalet bulunur. Y\u00f6netici g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc adaletten ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde me\u015fru olur; g\u00fc\u00e7 tek ba\u015f\u0131na me\u015fruiyet do\u011furmaz. Adalet bozuldu\u011funda y\u00f6netici ile toplum aras\u0131ndaki ba\u011f \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcl\u00fcr, fetret ve fesat ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Adaletin Toplumsal Boyutu: D\u00fczen, Emniyet ve Ortak Ya\u015fam<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Toplumsal d\u00fczen ancak adaletle kurulabilir. Adalet olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda insanlar birbirlerine g\u00fcvenemez, ortak iyiyi arayamaz ve kamu yarar\u0131 korunamaz. Topluluk i\u00e7indeki ili\u015fkiler karars\u0131zla\u015f\u0131r; herkes kendi hev\u00e2s\u0131n\u0131n pe\u015fine d\u00fc\u015fer. Adalet oldu\u011funda ise toplumun fertleri aras\u0131nda g\u00fcven olu\u015fur, kamu d\u00fczeni s\u00fcrer, ekonomik ve sosyal ili\u015fkiler sa\u011flam bir zemine oturur. Adalet, toplumsal hayat\u0131n devaml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ilk \u015fart\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Adaletin Bireysel Boyutu: Nefs, Hev\u00e2 ve Ahlaki Denge<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>M\u00e2verd\u00ee\u2019de adalet yaln\u0131zca d\u0131\u015f d\u00fczen de\u011fil, insan\u0131n kendi i\u00e7indeki d\u00fczenle de ilgilidir. Birey i\u00e7 d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda adil oldu\u011funda, hev\u00e2s\u0131na g\u00f6re de\u011fil akl\u0131na g\u00f6re hareket eder. Hev\u00e2 ile ak\u0131l aras\u0131ndaki m\u00fccadelede adalet, akl\u0131n lehine olan dengedir. Ki\u015fi kendi i\u00e7indeki tutkular\u0131 dizginleyemiyorsa d\u0131\u015f d\u00fcnyaya adalet getiremez. Bu nedenle adalet \u00f6nce nefiste ba\u015flar, aileye, topluma ve devlete do\u011fru geni\u015fler.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Zulm\u00fcn Tan\u0131m\u0131: D\u00fczen Bozucu G\u00fc\u00e7 Olarak Zul\u00fcm<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Zul\u00fcm, adaletin z\u0131dd\u0131d\u0131r; \u015feyi yerli yerine koymamak, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcy\u00fc bozmak, haklar\u0131 \u00e7i\u011fnemek ve hev\u00e2y\u0131 merkeze almakt\u0131r. Zul\u00fcm bireyde ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda topluma, toplumda ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda devlete sirayet eder. Zul\u00fcm k\u0131sa vadede g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr; fakat uzun vadede y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r. Zul\u00fcm yaparak ayakta duran hi\u00e7bir d\u00fczen kal\u0131c\u0131 de\u011fildir; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc zul\u00fcm d\u00fczen \u00fcretmez, d\u00fczeni par\u00e7alar.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> Adalet\u2013Hev\u00e2 \u0130li\u015fkisi: Hev\u00e2n\u0131n D\u00fczeni Bozmas\u0131<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Hev\u00e2, adaleti ortadan kald\u0131ran her t\u00fcrl\u00fc e\u011filimdir. Hev\u00e2, yak\u0131n ve kolay olan\u0131 tercih ederek uzun vadeli d\u00fczeni bozar. Hev\u00e2 g\u00fc\u00e7 kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kaos artar; d\u00fczen, istikrar, ak\u0131l ve ortak hayat geriler. M\u00e2verd\u00ee\u2019nin hev\u00e2 analizinin siyasal boyutu burada a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar: hev\u00e2ya g\u00f6re y\u00f6netilen insan kitleleri \u00f6fke, kin, \u00e7\u0131kar ve menfaat \u00fczerinden hareket eder ve sonu\u00e7ta toplum da\u011f\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> Adaletin Hilafetteki Uygulamas\u0131: Haklar\u0131 Korumak ve D\u00fczeni S\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Hilafet makam\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6revi yaln\u0131zca dini korumak de\u011fil, toplumsal d\u00fczeni adalet \u00fczerinden ayakta tutmakt\u0131r. Halk\u0131n haklar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zetmek, insanlar\u0131n emniyetini sa\u011flamak, cezalar\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc uygulamak ve f\u0131kh\u0131 hayata h\u00e2kim k\u0131lmak adaletin temel tezah\u00fcrleridir. \u0130mam ya da y\u00f6netici, adaletin merkezi temsilcisidir; adaleti icra etti\u011fi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde varl\u0131k kazan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><strong> Adaletin Bilgiyle Olan Ba\u011f\u0131: F\u0131k\u0131h ve Hikmet<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Adalet bilgisiz olmaz. F\u0131k\u0131h, toplumsal d\u00fczenin t\u00fcmel bilgisi oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in adaletin en \u00f6nemli arac\u0131d\u0131r. Hikmet ise adaletle birle\u015fmi\u015f bilgidir; hakk\u0131 gerekti\u011fi yerde ve zamanda uygulama yetene\u011fidir. M\u00e2verd\u00ee\u2019ye g\u00f6re adalet hem bilginin hem hikmetin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi bir d\u00fczendir. Bilgi olmadan adalet k\u00f6rle\u015fir; bilgi adaletten ayr\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda zulme d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li><strong> Adaletin \u00dcmmet D\u00fczeyindeki \u0130\u015flevi<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00dcmmetin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 adaletle m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Adalet bozuldu\u011funda \u00fcmmet da\u011f\u0131l\u0131r, her grup kendi \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ncelemeye ba\u015flar ve ortak kimlik zay\u0131flar. Adalet \u00fcmmeti bir arada tutan ba\u011fd\u0131r. Bu nedenle adalet, \u00fcmmetin hem siyasi hem toplumsal hem de din\u00ee varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n garantisidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sonu\u00e7<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu seminerde adaletin M\u00e2verd\u00ee d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinde bir d\u00fczen ilkesi oldu\u011fu, hilafetin adalet \u00fczerine kuruldu\u011fu, adalet yoksa toplumun ve \u00fcmmetin var olamayaca\u011f\u0131, hev\u00e2n\u0131n ise adaleti bozan temel g\u00fc\u00e7 oldu\u011fu ortaya konmu\u015ftur. Adalet yaln\u0131zca hukuki de\u011fil, ontolojik, toplumsal ve ahlaki bir ilkedir. Zul\u00fcm d\u00fczeni y\u0131kar; adalet d\u00fczeni kurar. M\u00e2verd\u00ee\u2019ye g\u00f6re adalet, dinin, toplumun ve insan\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ayakta tutan en temel ilkedir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose of the Seminar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The aim of this seminar is to clarify the relationship between knowledge, justice, caliphate and social order in M\u00e2ward\u012b\u2019s thought. Justice is shown to be a central principle at the political, social and individual levels. Without justice, haw\u0101 dominates, order collapses and the caliphate loses its purpose.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Themes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Justice as an Order-Producing Principle<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Justice is not merely a legal category but the principle that produces order. It means placing things in their proper place according to their measure. Justice establishes order; injustice destroys it.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> The Political Basis of Justice: Caliphate and Legitimacy<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The purpose of the caliphate is to establish justice. A ruler is legitimate only as long as he embodies justice. When justice collapses, the bond between ruler and society dissolves.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> The Social Dimension of Justice<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Societies function only when justice exists. Justice enables trust, cooperation and the continuity of public order. Without it, individuals follow their own haw\u0101 and collective life disintegrates.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> The Individual Dimension of Justice<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Justice begins within the self. A just person restrains his haw\u0101 and acts according to reason. Without internal justice, external justice is impossible.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Injustice as a Disorder-Producing Force<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Injustice means violating rights and breaking the order. It may appear strong in the short term but ultimately destroys the system in which it operates.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> The Relationship Between Justice and Haw\u0101<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Haw\u0101 is the force that destroys justice by preferring what is near, easy and self-serving. When haw\u0101 dominates, chaos spreads and order collapses.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> The Application of Justice in the Caliphate<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The caliph\u2019s task is to protect people\u2019s rights, preserve order and implement punishments with balance. The ruler exists only through justice.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><strong> The Relationship Between Justice, Knowledge and Wisdom<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Justice requires knowledge. Jurisprudence provides the universal knowledge of social order; wisdom is knowledge applied correctly. Knowledge without justice becomes oppression.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li><strong> Justice at the Level of the Ummah<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The unity of the ummah depends on justice. Without it, the ummah disintegrates, groups prioritize their own interests and collective identity weakens.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Justice in M\u00e2ward\u012b is the principle that sustains existence, society and religious life. Injustice destroys; justice creates order.
