SEM\u0130NER \u00d6ZET\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Seminerin Amac\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu seminerin amac\u0131, Osman Demir\u2019in F\u0131khu\u2019l-Ekber okumas\u0131nda ele ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201ciman\u2013k\u00fcf\u00fcr ayr\u0131m\u0131, amelin imana etkisi, b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnahlar\u0131n h\u00fckm\u00fc, m\u00fcmin\u2013k\u00e2fir tasnifi, m\u00fcrcie ve haric\u00ee yakla\u015f\u0131mlar, iman\u0131n mahiyeti, iman\u0131n art\u0131p eksilmesi, tekfirin s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 ve amel\u2013niyet ili\u015fkisi\u201d gibi itikad\u0131n temel konular\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamak; erken d\u00f6nem kel\u00e2m\u0131n bu meseleleri hangi \u00e7er\u00e7evede sistemle\u015ftirdi\u011fini g\u00f6stermektir. Bu sebeple iman\u0131n merkezinde kalp tasdiki bulunur; dil ile ikrar g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fck kazand\u0131r\u0131r.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Amel\u2013\u0130man Ayr\u0131m\u0131<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Amelin iman\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, imandan ayr\u0131 bir kategori oldu\u011fu vurgulan\u0131r. Amel iman\u0131n tamamlay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r fakat tan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7inde de\u011fildir. Bu ayr\u0131m \u0130mam-\u0131 Azam\u2019\u0131n iman anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n temel ta\u015flar\u0131ndan biri olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Nicelik olarak artma\u2013azalma s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fildir; nitelik d\u00fczeyinde farkl\u0131la\u015fmalar olur. G\u00fcnah iman\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rmaz; ki\u015fiyi fas\u0131k yapar. M\u00fcrcie\u2019nin g\u00fcnah\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle de\u011fersiz g\u00f6rmesi de kabul edilmez. Eb\u00fb Han\u00eefe\u2019nin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc bu iki u\u00e7 aras\u0131nda akidevi dengeyi sa\u011flayan bir \u00e7izgi olarak sunulur.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> Tekfirin S\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 ve \u0130stihlal Meselesi<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Tekfirin ancak haram\u0131 helal sayma gibi kesin ink\u00e2r g\u00f6stergelerinde m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131klan\u0131r. Bir M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u0131 tekfir etmek i\u00e7in zann\u00ee bilgi yeterli de\u011fildir; kesinlik gerekir. G\u00fcnah i\u015flemekle k\u00fcf\u00fcr meydana gelmez; k\u00fcf\u00fcr ancak tasdikin yoklu\u011fuyla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> Niyet ve Kalbin Rol\u00fc<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u0130man\u0131n mahiyetinin kalpteki tasdike ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011fu; d\u0131\u015f davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n ancak bu tasdikin delili oldu\u011fu ifade edilir. Kalbin tasdiki olmadan yap\u0131lan ameller ki\u015finin m\u00fcmin olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamaz. Eb\u00fb Han\u00eefe\u2019nin yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 a\u015f\u0131r\u0131l\u0131klardan uzak, dengeleyici ve sistem kurucu bir iman anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 temsil eder; bu nedenle sonraki S\u00fcnn\u00ee akaidin omurgas\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturur.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose of the Seminar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The seminar explains the foundational theological discussions in <em>Fiqh al-Akbar<\/em> regarding the definition of faith and disbelief, the relation between action and faith, the status of major sinners, the limits of takf\u012br, Murji\u2019ite, Kharijite and Mu\u2018tazilite perspectives, and Ab\u016b \u1e24an\u012bfa\u2019s balanced approach to these debates.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Themes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Definition of Faith and Disbelief<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Faith consists of inner affirmation; disbelief is the absence of this affirmation. Faith is centered on the heart\u2019s assent, supported by verbal declaration.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> The Faith\u2013Action Distinction<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Actions are not part of faith. Faith is an inner assent, while actions are separate but complementary. This counters the Kharijite view that equates sin with disbelief.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Increase and Decrease of Faith<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Faith does not increase or decrease in essence, but its qualities\u2014such as certainty and tranquility\u2014may strengthen or weaken.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Major Sins and the Status of the Sinner<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Committing a major sin does not expel a believer from faith unless he deems it lawful. The sinner becomes \u201cf\u0101siq,\u201d not a disbeliever.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Evaluation of Murji\u2019ite, Kharijite, and Mu\u2018tazilite Views<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ab\u016b \u1e24an\u012bfa\u2019s approach avoids both extremes: the Kharijite overemphasis on works and the Murji\u2019ite dismissal of their moral significance.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> Limits of Takf\u012br and Istihl\u0101l<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Declaring someone outside Islam requires certainty and is limited to explicit doctrinal denials. Sin alone does not constitute disbelief.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> Intention and the Role of the Heart<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Faith resides in the heart; external actions indicate but do not constitute faith. As long as inner assent remains, the bond of belief is intact.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The seminar shows how <em>Fiqh al-Akbar<\/em> structures the core Sunni understanding of faith, action, sin, and disbelief.
