F\u0131khu\u2019l-ekber, Hanef\u00ee-M\u00e2t\u00fcr\u00eed\u00ee \u00e7izginin \u00e7ekirde\u011fini olu\u015fturur.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Allah\u2019\u0131n Z\u00e2t\u0131 ve S\u0131fatlar\u0131<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Eb\u00fb Han\u00eefe Allah\u2019\u0131n z\u00e2t\u0131yla kaim, ezel\u00ee ve de\u011fi\u015fmeyen s\u0131fatlara sahip oldu\u011funu belirtir. S\u0131fatlar\u0131n z\u00e2ta zait oldu\u011fu, fakat Allah\u2019\u0131n birli\u011fini bozmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 vurgulan\u0131r. Allah\u2019\u0131n \u201cilim, kudret, irade, kel\u00e2m, tekvin\u201d gibi s\u0131fatlar\u0131 hakik\u00eedir, mecaz de\u011fildir. Allah yaratmadaki fiil\u00ee s\u0131fat\u0131yla s\u00fcrekli faildir.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Kel\u00e2mullah ve Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n Mahiyeti<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kur\u2019an Allah\u2019\u0131n kel\u00e2m\u0131d\u0131r, mahl\u00fbk de\u011fildir. Telaffuzumuz mahl\u00fbktur fakat Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n kendisi de\u011fildir. Eb\u00fb Han\u00eefe, Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n harf ve ses olarak bizim okumam\u0131zda hadis oldu\u011funu, fakat Allah\u2019a nispet edilen kel\u00e2m s\u0131fat\u0131n\u0131n kadim oldu\u011funu vurgular. Bu tav\u0131r, ilerideki Mihne olay\u0131na kadar s\u00fcrecek kel\u00e2m tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n temelini olu\u015fturur.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> \u0130man ve Amel \u0130li\u015fkisi<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u0130man tasdik ve ikrard\u0131r; amel iman\u0131n par\u00e7as\u0131 de\u011fildir. Amel iman\u0131 art\u0131rmaz, eksiltmez fakat m\u00fcmini olgunla\u015ft\u0131ran, sorumluluk alan\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015fleten bir unsurdur. B\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnah i\u015flemek iman\u0131 yok etmez; ki\u015fi m\u00fcmindir ama fas\u0131k olabilir. H\u00e2ric\u00ee ve Mu\u2018tezile\u2019nin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri bu noktada reddedilir.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> B\u00fcy\u00fck G\u00fcnah Meselesi<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>B\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnah i\u015fleyen ki\u015fi tekfir edilmez. Eb\u00fb Han\u00eefe\u2019ye g\u00f6re g\u00fcnahk\u00e2r m\u00fcmin h\u00fckmen m\u00fcmindir; cezas\u0131 Allah\u2019a kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Allah dilerse affeder, dilerse cezaland\u0131r\u0131r. Mu\u2018tezile\u2019nin \u201cel-menzile beyne\u2019l-menzileteyn\u201d g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ve H\u00e2ric\u00eelerin tekfir anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 bu y\u00fczden reddedilir.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> Kader ve \u0130l\u00e2h\u00ee Takdir<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kader Allah\u2019\u0131n ezel\u00ee takdiridir; fakat sorumluluk insan\u0131n fiili i\u015flemesiyle do\u011far. Allah yarat\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r, kul ise kesbedendir. Allah\u2019\u0131n bilmesi zorunluluk do\u011furmaz. Fiillerde hem ilah\u00ee yaratma hem kul iradesi vard\u0131r. Cebriyye ve Kaderiyye u\u00e7lar\u0131 F\u0131khu\u2019l-ekber\u2019de dengeli bi\u00e7imde reddedilir.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> Ahiret, Ar\u015f, K\u00fcrsi ve Gayb\u00ee Haberler<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Cennet ve cehennem yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve \u015fu anda mevcuttur. Ar\u015f ve K\u00fcrs\u00ee hakikattir; Eb\u00fb Han\u00eefe bunlar\u0131 tevil etmeyi do\u011fru bulmaz. Kabir azab\u0131, M\u00fcnker\u2013Nekir sorgusu, mizan, s\u0131rat, \u015fefaat gibi sem\u2018iyy\u00e2t konular\u0131 sahih haberlerle sabittir.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><strong> Peygamberlerin S\u0131fatlar\u0131 ve \u0130smet<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Peygamberler yalan s\u00f6ylemekten, emanete h\u0131yanetten ve b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnahlardan masumdurlar. Be\u015fer olmalar\u0131 itibar\u0131yla k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck zelleler m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr fakat vahyin aktar\u0131m\u0131nda hata olmaz. The seminar highlights the role of <em>al-Fiqh al-Akbar<\/em> as one of the earliest doctrinal texts shaping Sunni creed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Themes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Ab\u016b <\/strong><strong>\u1e24an\u012bfa\u2019s Approach to Kal\u0101m<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ab\u016b \u1e24an\u012bfa uses kal\u0101m not for polemics but to safeguard faith. His method is concise and protective, forming the foundation of the \u1e24anaf\u012b\u2013M\u0101tur\u012bd\u012b tradition.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> God\u2019s Essence and Attributes<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>God possesses eternal, real attributes distinct from the essence yet not compromising His unity. Attributes such as knowledge, power, will, speech, and creation are affirmed without metaphorical reinterpretation.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Divine Speech and the Nature of the Qur\u2019an<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The Qur\u2019an is God\u2019s uncreated speech. Our recitation is created, but the divine attribute of speech is eternal. This principle stands against the Mu\u02bftazilite position and anticipates the later Mi\u1e25na controversy.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Faith and Action<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Faith consists of assent and declaration; actions are not part of faith. Faith neither increases nor decreases, though good deeds enhance the believer\u2019s moral state. Major sins do not expel a person from Islam.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Major Sins<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The sinner remains a believer but is morally deficient. Divine forgiveness or punishment depends on God\u2019s will. This rejects both the Kh\u0101rijite and Mu\u02bftazilite extremes.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> Divine Decree and Human Action<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>God creates all acts, while humans acquire them. Divine knowledge does not compel human choices. This balanced view avoids the determinism of the Jabriyya and the libertarianism of the Qadariyya.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> Eschatology and Unseen Matters<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Paradise and Hell already exist. The Throne and the Footstool are real. The grave, its questioning, punishment and bliss, the balance, the bridge, and intercession are affirmed as true reports.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><strong> Prophetic Infallibility<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Prophets are protected from lying, betrayal, and major sins. Their transmission of revelation is flawless, ensuring the reliability of prophetic teaching.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li><strong> Deviant Sects and Sunni Orthodoxy<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The text critiques Jahmites, Mu\u02bftazilites, Kh\u0101rijites, Sh\u012b\u02bfites, and Murji\u02beites. <em>Al-Fiqh al-Akbar<\/em> serves as an early charter defining the boundaries of Sunni doctrine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This seminar shows that <em>al-Fiqh al-Akbar<\/em> establishes the foundational principles of Sunni creed by affirming God\u2019s attributes, balancing divine decree with human responsibility, clarifying the nature of faith, and defending the uncreatedness of the Qur\u2019an.
