Ona m\u00fcmin denmeye devam edilir fakat fas\u0131k say\u0131labilir. G\u00fcnah iman\u0131 yok etmez; haric\u00eelerin tekfirci yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 reddedilir. G\u00fcnah\u0131n zarar\u0131 vard\u0131r ama iman\u0131 k\u00f6kten kald\u0131rmaz. M\u00fcrcie\u2019nin \u201cg\u00fcnah zarar vermez\u201d g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc de kabul edilmez.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> \u0130man\u2013Amel Ayr\u0131m\u0131<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u0130man amelden ayr\u0131 bir hakikattir. Amel imandan bir par\u00e7a de\u011fildir. Bu ayr\u0131m sayesinde bir M\u00fcsl\u00fcman g\u00fcnah sebebiyle dinden \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f say\u0131lmaz. Haric\u00eelerin \u201camel iman\u0131n par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r\u201d yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 ve Mu\u2018tezile\u2019nin \u201cel-menzile beyne\u2019l-menzileteyn\u201d g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ele\u015ftirilir. F\u0131khu\u2019l-ekber, mutedil Ehl-i S\u00fcnnet \u00e7izgisini vurgular.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> T\u00f6vbesiz \u00d6len G\u00fcnahk\u00e2r\u0131n Durumu<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u015eirk ve k\u00fcf\u00fcr d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir g\u00fcnah\u0131 t\u00f6vbesiz i\u015fleyerek \u00f6len m\u00fcminin durumu Allah\u2019\u0131n dilemesine ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Allah dilerse azap eder, dilerse ba\u011f\u0131\u015flar. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f, Mu\u2018tezile\u2019nin \u201ct\u00f6vbesiz b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnah = ebed\u00ee cehennem\u201d anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131k bir reddiyedir.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> \u0130stihl\u00e2l (Haram\u0131 Helal G\u00f6rme) ve Tekfir S\u0131n\u0131r\u0131<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Bir fiili helal saymak, Peygamber\u2019in getirdi\u011fi kesin bir h\u00fckm\u00fc reddetmek anlam\u0131na geldi\u011fi i\u00e7in ki\u015fiyi k\u00fcfre g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcr. Ancak m\u00fctevatir olmayan, delaleti a\u00e7\u0131k olmayan veya yoruma m\u00fcsait konularda tekfir yap\u0131lmaz. Tekfir ancak kesin bilgi alan\u0131nda ge\u00e7erlidir.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> Mucize, Keramet ve Ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc Haller<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Mucize peygambere, keramet veliye aittir. \u0130stidra\u00e7 (k\u00e2firde g\u00f6r\u00fclen ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc \u015fey), irhas (peygamberlik \u00f6ncesi ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fcl\u00fck), ihanet (yalanc\u0131 peygamberin talep etti\u011fi \u015feyin z\u0131dd\u0131n\u0131n olmas\u0131) gibi kavramlar ay\u0131rdedilir. \u0130blis, Deccal, Firavun\u2019da g\u00f6r\u00fclen ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fcl\u00fck mucize de\u011fil istidra\u00e7t\u0131r.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><strong> Allah\u2019\u0131n G\u00f6r\u00fclmesi (R\u00fc\u2019yetullah)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>M\u00fcminler ahirette Allah\u2019\u0131 ba\u015f g\u00f6zleriyle, mesafesiz ve keyfiyetsiz g\u00f6receklerdir. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f Mu\u2018tezile\u2019nin \u201cg\u00f6r\u00fclemez\u201d d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesine kar\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. G\u00f6rmenin nas\u0131l ger\u00e7ekle\u015fece\u011fi bilinmez; \u201cbil\u00e2 keyf\u201d kabul edilir. F\u0131khu\u2019l-ekber, hem haric\u00ee hem de Mu\u2018tezil\u00ee u\u00e7lara kar\u015f\u0131 mutedil s\u00fcnn\u00ee \u00e7izgiyi in\u015fa eden temel metinlerden biri olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose of the Seminar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This seminar aims to clarify <em>al-Fiqh al-Akbar<\/em>\u2019s treatment of prophethood, prophetic infallibility, virtue hierarchy, the relation between major sins and faith, the distinction between faith and action, takf\u012br, the Murdji\u02be\u012b\u2013Kharijite controversy, repentance, divine forgiveness, miracles, kar\u0101m\u0101t, extraordinary events, and the issue of the beatific vision. It presents Ab\u016b \u1e24an\u012bfa\u2019s systematic early-Sunni theology.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Themes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Prophetic Infallibility<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Prophets are free from major and minor sins, disbelief, and disgraceful acts. Minor lapses (zall\u0101t) may occur but never moral corruption or shirk. Their infallibility secures the authority of revelation.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Virtue Hierarchy and Caliphal Legitimacy<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>After the Prophet, the most virtuous are Ab\u016b Bakr, \u02bfUmar, \u02bfUthm\u0101n, and \u02bfAl\u012b. This addresses Sh\u012b\u02bf\u012b debates about the rightful successor and the \u201caf\u1e0dal\u2013maf\u1e0d\u016bl\u201d controversy.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Major Sins and Takf\u012br<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Committing a major sin does not expel a person from Islam unless he deems it lawful. The sinner remains a believer, though sinful. This rejects Kharijite takf\u012br and Murdji\u02be\u012b laxity.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> The Faith\u2013Action Distinction<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Faith is separate from deeds. Actions are not part of faith. This protects the believer from being excommunicated due to sins. Mu\u02bftazilite and Kharijite positions are refuted.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> The Fate of the Sinner Who Dies Without Repentance<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>A believer who dies without repenting from sins (other than shirk) is under God\u2019s will: He may punish or forgive. This contradicts the Mu\u02bftazilite view of eternal punishment.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> Istihl\u0101l and the Limits of Takf\u012br<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Considering a forbidden act lawful constitutes disbelief. Tekf\u012br applies only where revelation is certain in transmission and meaning.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> Miracles, Kar\u0101m\u0101t, and Extraordinary Events<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Miracles belong to prophets; kar\u0101m\u0101t to saints. Istidr\u0101j, irh\u0101\u1e63, and ih\u0101na are distinguished. Extraordinary events for unbelievers (e.g., Dajj\u0101l) are not miracles.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><strong> The Beatific Vision<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Believers will see God in the hereafter without modality or distance. This affirms Sunni theology against Mu\u02bftazilite denial.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li><strong> Definitions of Faith in Kal\u0101m History<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Various definitions\u2014assent, speech, action, knowledge\u2014are reviewed. Ab\u016b \u1e24an\u012bfa\u2019s view is assent plus verbal declaration, excluding action. Faith increases qualitatively, not quantitatively.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This seminar demonstrates how <em>al-Fiqh al-Akbar<\/em> frames Sunni theology regarding prophecy, sin, salvation, divine justice, and human responsibility.
