Ayr\u0131ca baz\u0131 kelimelerde eski T\u00fcrk\u00e7e U\/O dengesi tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, fonetik farkl\u0131la\u015fmalar\u0131n co\u011frafi da\u011f\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Halk ve Ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k Kavramlar\u0131n\u0131n Eski T\u00fcrk\u00e7edeki Kullan\u0131m\u0131<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Bodun kelimesi halk, kavim anlam\u0131nda kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Anl\u0131k kelimesinin t\u00fcrevi olan an\u0131tmak ise \u201ckorkutmak\u201d anlam\u0131nda kullan\u0131l\u0131r. \u201cOl anl\u0131k yok\u201d ifadesi, halk\u0131n art\u0131k endi\u015feden uzak oldu\u011funu belirtir.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> \u00d6t\u00fcken\u2019in Merkez Olu\u015fu ve Siyasi Anlam\u0131<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00d6t\u00fcken, T\u00fcrk ka\u011fanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n siyasi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel merkezi olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131r. Ka\u011fan\u0131n do\u011fuya yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 seferlerin s\u0131n\u0131r noktas\u0131 olarak zikredilir. The loss of g in certain positions explains modern forms. As long as the khagan rules from \u00d6t\u00fcken, the realm remains stable. Yi\u015f refers to the wooded and mountainous sacred region surrounding it.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> The Shantun Region and Eastern Campaigns<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Shantun, located in eastern Inner Mongolia, is the farthest point reached during the khagan\u2019s eastern campaigns. S\u00fclemek means to march with an army or to conduct a military expedition.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> The Inability to Reach the Ocean<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Tano\/Taloy denotes a great sea or ocean. Although campaigns reached Shantun, the ocean could not be reached.
