The aim is to understand the concluding section of the inscription in both its historical and linguistic context.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Mourning Ritual Terms and Their Social Context<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The terms <em>yo\u011f\u00e7u<\/em> (participant in the funeral rite) and <em>s\u0131r\u0131t\u00e7\u0131<\/em> (lamenter) are explained, highlighting the linguistic and social role of lamenting traditions. The connection between \u201cs\u0131r\u0131t\u201d and cries of mourning, as well as parallels in Anatolia, is emphasized.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Explanations on the K\u0131tan and Tatavu Peoples<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The historical\u2013geographical position of the K\u0131tan and Tatavu names, their relation to northern Chinese frontier peoples, the Liao dynasty, and their function within the inscription are discussed.
